Why even pick USA surgeons over EU?

Even if you're an American and you use insurance it doesn't make sense, especially since they probably will either not cover it, barely cover it, or only partially cover it, meanwhile you get a very conservative "functional" result vs blackpilled ARTISTIC european surgery

Maybe there's a specific surgeon who has before & afters which they really like or specialize in a procedure not many Euro-surgeons do.

yeah i guess if its either for a specific surgery or you somehow get insurance that fully covers some blackpilled shit here vs abroad are only cases it would make sense to me
