Why finasteride over dutasteride

Why do I see some people choose finasteride over dutasteride.

What causes the side effects some people feel from 5ar inhibitors
Is it excess test converting into more estrogen?

Then why not supplement something like calcium d glucarate

Fin is approved for hair loss and BPH but Dut is only approved for BPH so that could be one reason as to why. The side effects are just mainly due to the hormonal imbalances of messing with your androgen-estrogen balance I'm pretty sure. Calcium D glucarate is a good idea in theory but it won't restore DHT or affect aromatase activity directly

start with fin then go dut

besides there is no need to nuke all dht if nuking a portion is sufficient

DIM doesn't really work and it's cope, it's like recommending saw palmetto instead of fin, the same exact cope! If you suffer from too much estrogen and you have everything else in check, an ai is sadly the only way

Fin is sufficient for almost everyone, you only really need dut for more severe cases or when taking exogenous hormones.
