Yes, frame matters a lot, you're never going to be "big" with a small frame, a large framed person will always look pretty decent while small-framed guys will have to lift just to look "normal". However, let's look at Taylor Lautner. He was one of the three main stars in the Twilight series and had girls THIRSTING for him HARD. Yet guess what, he had a normie frame AT BEST, if anything, he looks to be a pretty small-framed guy. Yes, he packed on a lot of muscle, has good ab insertions, and he might have done a bit of PEDs or something along those lines, but he definitely does prove that you can still impress with a not-so-good frame. Yes, girls DID only care about him for his body, nobody cared about him until he was running shirtless in the rain in New Moon. Additionally, his physique is VERY much so natty attainable.

So? What does this mean for the framecels reading this right now?

Get ripped as fuck and then run around shirtless on rainy days outside at work/at school/in public etc.
