Why frame matters.
Wide clavicles and broad shoulders are perceived as more attractive not just becaose of aesthetics but because of evolution.

For example this is my frame

The reason why its perceived as attractive is because it signals high testosterone
From a biological standpoint it signals protection and dominance.
Historically wide shoulders increase ur chances of survival. Women have evolved to perceive this as attractive.

Which one seems more masculine?

What to so if youre a framecel?

The clavicle bone is the last bone to stop growing (25yrs max)

Assuming youre under 25 its still not over

to maximize the growth of this bone i reccomend prioritizing sleep exercise and diet.

For broad shoulders you should get in the gym and do lat raises (2-3 sets 6-8 reps 1rir)
another important muscle is back so train ur back too.

i stopped training my traps so that my frame appears more broad

i believe only the lat plays a role in width of shoulders, but honestly i don't have proof, i'm not sure
