Surgeries are not socially acceptable by family/culture, i did want to get rhino since i have the textbook crooked big jewish nose that completely ruins my face but yh i dunno if i'll be able to go through with it. Depends on where you go. If you go to wealthier neighborhoods then yes you will see young guys who fashionmaxx.
