Why has my alcohol tolerance decreased so much?

I don't tolerate much anymore lately, despite drinking frequently. It feels like my blood pressure drops too low and I get dizzy, blurred vision and feel like I'm about to faint. Also my leg muscles get weak and/or sore sometimes. Smoking while drunk seems to make it even worse. Does anyone have an idea why that is? I still have iatrogenic botulism, although it's not as bad as it was in the beginning.

i had this too

i used to drink a good amount last holiday to the point my friends got concerned a lowered it a bit but a month after i got drunk after like 1L of beer

It doesn't even feel like intoxication per se, more like a cardiovascular/blood pressure thing. I can still think clearly and my mind is 100% sharp but my hands are flushed and my blood vessels are 5x their normal size. Kind of like orthostatic dysregulation

I haven't drunk enough in my life for that and my bloodwork is perfect
