Why has this forum been a lot slower lately?

I scroll down to the bottom of Offtopic and I see threads that were last replied to over an hour and a half ago, usually it's 50 minutes ago at max.

Why is this?

Lack of race baits, greycel/tiktokcel takeover (they usually rep less, and stick mainly to the looksmaxxing or rating section), and mods enforcing rules more often nowadays.
