Lets talk SHIPPING TIMES AGAIN

1. I have NO CONTROL over how fast/slow UPS or USPS moves their items. They have disclaimers all around their stores about slower times and backlogs. Just yesterday I had a package that had been "sitting" at my local post office a week and today it says it's in Kentucky. I didn't call my vendor mad at them because USPS was showing weird things because they don't work for USPS. Same concept applies here. I have no control once I drop it off.
2. Why aren't the carriers always scanning at each drop? I don't know. Please read number 1. I don't work for the couriers.
3. We are in HOLIDAY SEASON. I sent warnings about this months ago and reminders that holiday season would be chaos. Yes that means lost packages, damaged packages, delayed packages, but this is NOT due to me.
4. Weather? Might be sunny and rainbows where you're at, but not around the nation. Remember the floods in the summer? That was behind my neighborhood while everyone else was sitting in heat and no rain. Again, I don't control the weather either. So that CAN delay packages.
5. Damaged package? Again, not my fault nor do I have control over this. There has been an increase in damages by UPS, but please follow the guidelines for what to do if there's a problem or items missing or weird packaging.
6. All couriers are running behind, I cannot speed this up, they cannot speed it up, and there is absolutely nothing I can do on the back end to find your package or ask why it's stuck somewhere.
7. If your package has not arrived in 1-2 days from it's estimated time frame please send me the info and whether you spoke to UPS or not. I can file a claim, but if it's still in transit they will not approve it. Please send all info as stated in the guidelines so I can submit it to UPS.
8. I am doing my absolute best to ship every single day Monday-Friday (not including holidays or weekends) but if you place an order late Friday do NOT expect any movement until Monday. There is NO MAIL MOVEMENT ON WEEKENDS.
9. Please remember there is a human being behind this operation not a machine or an assembly line.
