i got a growth spurt at 13 same as him tbh and also had a lot of acne, but that stage of puberty seems like it never went away as if i got stuck in it, like i still get new acne daily and just now am i starting to get some beard hairs. my face looks pretty similar as before too

you don't need to fully blackpill them, that would make it counterproductive as they will think you are crazy. if u tell them about roping they will think u have muh body dysmorphia and put you on SSRIs and then it'll be really over

first of all the 0,12 is baseline levels you need to stimulate hgh with any stimulating pill so u can find out your hgh its probably not 0,12

u cant get back your mixed potential but reach your new and weaker potential but im really sorry to tell you if your wrist growth plates are completely fused then thats why you dont grow and yes you are probably deficient in gh and if your plates are not fused a pediatric will prescribe hgh to you but he has to be a bit blackpilled for example find a pediatric who goes to gym and in any short or form of way tries to improve his looks a pediatric like this will precribe you anything you ask for
