because most people dont know how to rate and are just rating based on their personal preferences rather than going by PSL standards, you are high mtn - low htn everyone saying something else is either ragebaiting or retarded

you cant softmax PSL you can only softmax appeal which makes the idea of being capped at a level redundant unless you plan to get surgery.
