Also I only have access to dumbells and barbells sadly

I’ve been doing this once a week, and I also rock climb once a week.

Lateral raises x4

Super rom lateral raise, it goes over the head x3

Upright row/ back shoulder thing x4

Shoulder press x3

And I increase weight weekly and every other muscle has grown but my delts.
This 2 pics are from October to a couple weeks ago. I’m also 16

My frame is soo bad, I bought this jacket to go with boots because I wanted to start hight frauding but it was baggy around my shoulders 😭
 
Bro that’s what I do 😭 I’ve 12x my weight in lateral raises since October and I keep good form
well if ur eating enough protein and food in general + sleeping enough then the only remaining factor would be genetics
 
3x Super rom lat raises Mike israetel slop
And 4x lateral raises.

Change both to 3x heavy unilateral cable lateral raise. Give everything you can in each set wait 1 and a half minute between uni sets, put cable at dick height and aim to have great rom.

I probably don’t get enough protein because I can’t be bothered cooking breakfast so if I fix that I could probably milk out some gains but I image it’s bad genetics

seeing gains takes a long time

just keep training consistently with intensity

progressive overload comes from muscle growth not the other way around

overall your physique is still pretty small, your chest pops a bit more than it would untrained, but your delts look completely untrained

trash genetics, could hop on roids and pray, (shoulders are androgenic af)
