Why have my eyelashes randomly started growing ???

I’ve noticed these past few weeks my eyelashes have gotten thicker and longer and are even naturally curling up and my body hair has increased a bit wtf is going onnn? I’ve always had hairy arms/legs ect due to my genetics but this is just weird
