Probably because he has a pretty boy appeal rather than a hypermasculine appeal. Some guys get jealous of pretty boys because they feel they are more masculine and thus should have more appeal than a pretty boy like chico.

Mainly cause Chico before like around 24 where his soft tissue features fully developed, his Dimorphism was his biggest flaw, making him look pretty boyish.

Which, a lot of guys call ugly out of jealousy and feeling the need to be more powerful than them, as guys usually have less respect to people that made them jealous but failed to intimidate them.

I think males see people who are more feminized less attractive unless they have a few striking features.

Chico has medium to high set thin eyebrows which are seen as feminine. Except from that like what others said its basically jealousy. Hes atleast CL at min.
