I actually ask myself this same question a lot.

I guess the reason i don’t is because i just wanna see more of this world, maybe it’s morbid curiosity, maybe i am a masochist, most likely it’s just me coping and thinking i have some kind of hope that would get me out this situation.

Part of me unironically wants to see if i can become a serial killer, so i can become a ramirez-like figure to get the love i have always wanted and to release my chronic anger, but i seriously don’t know how that’s gonna happen.

I would have to explain a lot of things that i have probably explained in other posts.

Basically my life is shit and i feel like shit because of my health condition.

The only reason my will to live remains is because of my weak belief in God and my parents - even if they do gaslight me.

Thallassemia, an anemic blood disorder.

There’s different variations of Thallassemia, mine isn’t the worst but it’s bad.

I have Thallassemia beta major.

I need blood transfusions once every 2 weeks for the rest of my life - there is no cure.

There is a risky bone marrow transplant but the other kid i was with in the children’s hospital back in the day got it and he died.

Because my body struggles to produce blood, my heart rate is increased, internal organs are apparently enlarged (from what i heard)

I am weaker when i haven’t had one in a whole week.

Back in the day, when blood transfusions were harder to come by for this condition, people developed some weird craniofacial deformities - which i don’t have since i was born in a better time.

Working out is a bit more difficult for me than most people - i was never good at sports.

I hit puberty at 15 and people thought i was 11 and lying about my age.
