Adolf Hitler was a politician that ruled Germany in the duration of 1939 to 1945 (6 years) And under that rule, was a strict, facist leader.
The fall of Nazi Germany started when Adolf Hitler continued his attack on the Soviet Union (USSR) And was famously asleep during the Normandy attacks. (By Britain, the US, and Canada.)
Historically, its known that Adolf Hitler had a rule against all his men that they could not wake him up no matter what. So when the Normandy attacks happened, his generals had no other choice but to either wake him up (death) or defend the Reich themselves. You can guess what they chose.
After the Normandy attacks, the Allies were planning an attack on a railroad. (Featured in the video-game Call Of Duty WW2)
Instead, Hitler thought that Normandy was not the allies initial attack, and that the Normandy attacks where a cover-up for an attack on another beach named Pas-de-Calais. Hitler decided to send a good portion of his men to said beach, and waited for an attack that would never happen.
Nazi Germany lost the fight on the Eastern front because of the fact they were simply not ready for said attack.
The Nazis lost the battle of Stalingrad because of severe overextension of resources, a catastrophic logistical failure, and Adolf Hitler's refusal to allow a tactical retreat. That then became the moment that the Allies continued the attack on the western front, and the USSR continued the battle towards Berlin (the capital of Germany) and onwards to the end of WW2, where Hitler would kill himself and his wife with a cyanide pill. (Hitler gave himself a cyanide pill, then was sure that the pill was placebo due to Heinrich Himmler's surrender to the Allies, and then shot himself after.)
He first tested the cyanide pill on his beloved German Shepherd to test if the pill was real or not. When the pill worked, Hitler was still not sure that the pill was real, so after he took the pill himself and spared his dog from a slow and inevitable painful death, he then shot himself in his own bunker. Edit: It is not COMPLETELY debunked that hitler killed himself with a bullet and cyanide. There are many speculations and rumors that hitler got spared by the USSR, He fled to Argentina, or he somehow managed to escape the Allied invasion of Berlin.
(Fun fact: Adolf Hitler actually served in WW1 for Germany and was a decorated soldier, and many speculated this is the reason he later on decided to continue on his journey to become Chancellor of Germany, then become ruler)
(And another fun fact, Hitler was spared by an American soldier during WW1 because the soldier saw young Hitler severely wounded on a crossroad. )
3rd Fun Fact: Hitler had a spiraling addiction to a drug called Eukodal, Cocaine, and a cocktail of over a dozen different drugs your not supposed to mix with.
(Eukodal is an opioid similar to Oxycodone)
Hitler also notably used to stim out due to the cocktails of drugs he was on. Here is a video from Joe Rogan showing Hitler stimming out during the Olympics, ( 1936, before his rise to power)
