So, as the title says, I am trying to find the reason why they are so confident in what they do. When they talk to a girl, they can flirt with them and they will flirt back because of how confident they are. What are the tricks/things they do to sound so confident around women and people?

one of my best friends in highschool was a lightskin like myself, but opposed to me he grew out his curls and was lean, whenever we went to parties as teens, girls would cream cause of his unique look (not many lightskins here) he’s 5’8 but must’ve slayed 10-15 virgins in highschool, just like everything else it’s about looking NT and being shredded.

No, girls flirt back because the guys look good not because of their confidence, in time with more and more positive experiences, their confidence also increases.
When I discovered PUA and game, my confidence was through the roof, I thought I discovered humanity's best kept secrets, so I approached girls left and right with a very positive attitude, but in most of the cases their responses were more than underwhelming, no matter what I said or how I acted.
In some cases they flirted back and things appeared to be great, but then they would flake on dates, ghost me, put me in the friendzone, etc.
Confidence alone doesn't do shit if it's not backed by looks.
