you are actually very correct, except rev 1:15 says it was like fine brass burned in a furnace, and fine brass burned in a furnace is in fact white / olive. It really doesn't matter though, I'll only seriously ever debate his skin tone if it's with a "black Israelite". Galatians 3:28 debunks any thought of it actually mattering tho.
