That's the problem I weight 90 kgs and 1 rpm is 90 kgs imo it's bad compared to deadlift I did like 180 kgsThat's not bad at all. If you are 65-70 kgs I'd say it is is pretty decent bench

3 yearsIt's decent 80kg for reps if you are still a beginner if you can rep it for 8+ then your 1rm is 100kg which is solid intermediate strength

also bench is a lot about technique not raw strength do lat pulldowns before doing benchpress and you will see the numbers go up

take some time off benchpress dont do it for 2 weeks then do it again your strength will actually increase
