Have u tried self studying software engineering? U could do odin project and once you go through the html css javascript and react sections and make some projects for ur portfolio u can start applying to jobs, u can then work on the last section (node.js) while looking for work / working. I know a guy from my university that dropped out of cs and moved to the netherlands and got a job as a developer with no degree.

I was studying applied data science but I dropped recently because I’m too low IQ.
