I just watched videos on youtube and it looks disgusting man

I fear the surgery

+ As if i will look significantly better just because 5mm shorter philtrum

+ With stubble or beard i will basically look the same as before

+ i have proven before that i look decent without beard on low bodyfat

+ AND AS IF EVERY GIRL WILL GO CRAZY FOR ME AFTERWARDS JUST BECAUSE MY PHILTRUM IS SHORTER

i think most look unnatural too, but in todays age surgeons could hide the scar pretty well and maybe if you didnt do 5mm lip lift more like 3mm it could not be recognised. Im planning to get one after bimax surgery
