one of the biggest advantages people seem to flex is that you have higher sex drive / am more horny. The issue with this is that I see it as a major disadvantage.

Let me explain why, sex drive has been used to manipulate men since the start of civilization, you do not think when you are horny that is a known fact among men. I have not once made a good decision while horny and I’m sure we don’t need to take time to think of the bad ones we have all (as in me and you the person reading this) have made.

In my opinion you should maximize both the lack of sex drive as well as the time saved by no fap (the other big advantage). The way to do this is surprisingly simple, what you have to do is beat ur shit as quickly as possible after becoming horny. A good old turbo jerk as some call it is the easiest way to get both of these desired outcomes in one

Advantage a: you will have low sex drive and less time to be an idiot

Advantage b: if you actually stick to it you won’t waste time gooning and have the same amount of time as someone on no fap
