was in the alps skiing a while ago. i met a guy from croatia there. we started talking a lot about looks etc because he was a 6'5 HTN. then he brought up the subject of bonesmashing and said that he doesn't think it's cope because he had injured his shin last year. and that he couldn't walk for over 2 weeks on that leg. but after a while everything had healed, and he realized that he had a new bump on his shin now. i feelt it and i can say with 100% guarantee that it's more bone that has grown out.

i don't think this will have the same effect on the face because we have too much flesh and other things before we even get to the skeleton. especially if you hit your zygos. and then i also think that we humans have a mental barrier that stops us from smahsing as hard where it actually makes the facial bone grow.

if someone hits your ramus when you're paralyzed and don't feel anything, you can probably gain more bonemass jfl :feelsokman:

I honestly don’t think its total cope either I just don’t think its super meaningful for aesthetics

ye its size related too, so u could realistically get results only from mandible, from zygos it would be so minimal ud need couple years for any change, lit better to do thumbpulling than to smash zygos, unless its pre party cuz of swelling
its js scar tissue tho

Blood on the injury spot can turn to bone, science has shown this. The issue is that it doesn't translate over to the face if I remember correctly. I did research on this and it's not a valid method.

Zeta claimed he grew his browridge by bonesmashing, probably not entirely cope
