I found 2 Turks with the same pheno as me. they both have cute becky. I think I mog them. Do you think my problem is low self-esteem or they both mog me and i am a truecel?

I guess you mog them, looks wise. Both guys look more confident, relaxed, and enjoyable to be around, no offense.

But that's actually massively good for you because self esteem, confidence, charisma, and being relaxed are all things changeable because they are all in the brain which can rewire.

Some things you could do that will help:
1) Meditation, lots of it
2) Sunlight - makes you feel good. Exercise, like walking in the sunlight, even more so.
3) Gratitude Journaling
4) Trying to make lots of friends, and maintain, build other relationships. Not just girls, but guys, whoever, just having fun out with people. If you don't have any friends, volunteering at soup kitchens, food banks, or other volunteer opportunities you find online can help get you around people and vibing, or you could start going to church or mosc and pretend to be religious to get to interact with more people and vibe.
5) Subliminals for confidence while you sleep. There's some evidence that sounds your subconscious hears while sleeping changes how your brain consolidates memories. There may be more evidence this works, you can look into it.

I've been here for a few days, reading comments and posting here and then - and I already noticed my mentality and overall behaviour got influenced by this site big time.

I am autistic too + besides that, I also got diagnosed with multiple anxiety disorders few years ago.
But I started working in a job where I had to be social. Interacting with over 20 different costumers daily.
At the beginning I was super bad at it. Anxiety rushed through my whole body, even when work was done.
But the anxiety got better and better, day by day and eventually, it completely disappeared.
Beeing social is now totally normal thing for me, I even cold approach girls on the street which was completely out of my galaxy few years back. Some people even compliment me on my chill, open aura.
Btw, I'm not chad. I'm just a normal dude, just like the homie @rectanglecel31

Don't look for excuses. Please.

That's great that you confronted your anxiety like that and came out of your shell. Did you get laid tho? Are you socially accepted?

Because with autism, theres a slippery slope. Depending on looks, people might overlook your quirks.

I do get laid. All through cold approaching and living life.
I'm socially accepted.

If this forum wouldn't be full of selfhating freaks, I'd post a picture of myself to prove you.
I'm just a fucking normal dude when it comes to physical appearance - that's the reason why I'm here, trying to get more physical attractive.

But when I came here and saw all the negative people, looking for excuses and thinking looks is the only thing in life.. it just breaks my heart.
Cause I experience something different.

Blackpill autism might discourage people sometimes. It depends on how autistic you are and how much work you put into appearing normal and having healthy social skills. There's a reason so many autists are on here however, negative feedback loop and social ostracism destroyed their motivation and turned them asocial, many of them are introverts on top of it.

But again it depends. Severity of autism, amount of effort put in, motivation, degree of ugliness, a lot of factors.
