Why I have hollow cheeks when looking down but not straight?

Prob changes in lighting, in some lighting my cheeks look hollow, in some i look kinda bloated

I am bloated so maybe the water in my face moves down?

I think It's common, caused by gravitation, facial tissues (midface especially) move a bit ahead. Should be less difference if you are debloated and skin is well-toned.
