because you're brilliant and you can think ahead about what you're going to type in the future while your subconscious brain types what you had already planned to type, but sometimes it messes up because it's not your full-powered conscious mind

redditors are too stupid to do this and have to pay attention to every word they type, which is why they think people confusing homophones don't know the difference, when really it's because you thought the word in your internal voice not in how it is spelled
