Why I think Netherlands will go far in the WC

Although I still think Spain, France, or Argentina have the best chances of winning, I feel the Netherlands squad have great potential.

I made a thread listing my favorites to win the WC, but I got massively flamed when I put the Dutch at 3rd. Here is my reaoning

Backline: Easily one of the best backlines in the whole tournament. Vandijk and Ake in the middle, 2 world class center backs playing in the best teams and league ITW. Timber and Dumfries as fullbacks, 2 more worldcass defenders. Van de Ven on the bench aswell. Wow, what a backline

Midfild: Once again, the midfield is filled with abouslte quality players. De Jong, Reijnders, AND Gravenberch? How is that even fair? Quinten Timber and Koopmeniers as backup too? Just too easy man

Attack: The main weak spot of the team. But still a couple quality players like Noah lang and Kluivert. I also suspect Gakpo to have a good tournament. And with Dumfries and timber to act as auxiliary wingers, this team could be something dangerous!

I also think teams like Argentina will also shock again. They might no have the best names on paper, but they have experience, a strong team chemistry, and an advantage over European squads in adapting to the hot climate in North America.

I think England will likely play against Brazil in the QF. I think Brazil might beat England tbh
