Why i think Peptides are bad.

Peptides are a niche thing in the looksmaxxing community but i rather work for it the honest truth is that building muscle is not that hard.

Peptides are good its just that once u stop taking them ur cooked by one week u better start swimming swim max to looksmax u can u run with this its muscle ache resistant and u can also run alot with it u get huge lats because of them and u feel great so EVERYONE SWIM MAX.

About the gym


If you go consistent and follow mike mentzer method by training 3 hours a week very hard u alr build the muscle to outshine most people u dont have to be huge honestly u can be skinny u go the the gym to feel more confident u dont go to the gym to build muscle because u do nothing with it.


Once u start swimming for a while u can run and u can swim and ur pretty strong in the gym too so why do something else.

at my life stage right now I DONT KNOW Swim MAXX everyone

Reta is extremely good and improved my quality of life a lot, I'm extremely grateful to whoever made Reta.

I think skin peptides are good too.

Though people try to cope with them and "grow bones" lol which it will never do. Peptides are good for certain stuff, but they wont give you barret tier bones.

I just dont see a point taking them if the effects wears off in one week that sounds stupid its like drugs once u take them its good once they wear out they are bad than u might as well not take them train a little go to that little struggle otherwise some shit might happen and u too reliant YES U wanna fix the problem today but for most people even though the struggle is hard its way better to get some development going on go through the hard path and after that eat whatever the fuck they want instead of eating one burger cuz i am full now i sport hella burn hella calories on the average and am finnaly 89 kilos i come from 102 and i still go down while maintaining muscle mind u i go to gym once every 2 weeks only thing i do is. SWIM HELLA BIKE HELLA RUN HELLA the muscles they there under a bit of fat but i rather get frame mogged on the daily and talk to girls confidently than be a fat fuck cause am unconfident cause i cant even run 1 km

I tell u this and i might be wrong but if it sounds too good to be true it probably is and i might be completly wrong but it just seems like bullshit peptides work quickly fast and good when ur on it but the effect wear off when ur off it so what happends when u stop taking it

Am not there is somebody reading this if i can only help one kid prevent them from taking drugs than am happy because short term gains will last a short term as well. And the biggest benefit for building muscle is that it will last a long time.

Yes i think its just a thing even though u guys might obsess with it the BLACKPILL is not about taking drugs it might just help u but the fact is that there is probably some 6.2 guy that never even heard about this thing u call looksmaxxing and still might get the same result as the rest.

Taking peptides (excluding hgh) you’d probably put on muscle at the same pace as a natty (maybe 10-20% quicker if you’re on ghrps)
You might be mixing up peptides and roids.
