Just do Creatine, ashwaganda, tongkat ali, turkesterone, protein powder (not more than 2 scoops a day to keep kidney health) and vitamin D3. Thats the best stack and honestly mogs testosterone. Testosterone is way too dangerous. I recommend full body 3x a week + 120g protein a day too.

Just do Creatine, ashwaganda, tongkat ali, turkesterone, protein powder (not more than 2 scoops a day to keep kidney health) and vitamin D3. Thats the best stack and honestly mogs testosterone. Testosterone is way too dangerous. I recommend full body 3x a week + 120g protein a day too.

Also do blast phases. I do up to 15 grams a day of Creatine , and I double my dose of Turk, tongkat ali and ashwaganda. And I make insane gains. It’s probably better than 500mg test with no sides

Depends on your baseline. With all that realistically you can reach 2k or more if your baseline is 800-900. A guy on the forum got 1500 with d3 and ashwaganda from 300

Ok. I myself 3 years ago did an experiment and went from 450 to 750 just by taking vitamin D3. I was a basement dweller so I did not get any d 3 from sunlight but that alone increased my free t by 50% and total by almost 50% so it's not as far fetched tbh

When you hop off the roids, you'll lose any water retention caused by the roids. If you are able to recover your natural testosterone levels, you can maintain any muscle up to what your genetic limit allows you to hold. Anything over your genetic limit will be gradually lost if you get off cycle.

Naturals have to continue lifting to maintain their muscles. Obviously if they gained 20 lbm from going to the gym, "staying active in some way" is insufficient. They have to continue stimulating the muscles in a similar way as to what allowed them to gain it. However, it is true that maintaining muscle mass can be done with less intense workouts than gaining it in the first place.

The effect of roids on testicle size varies, for some there is barely any shrinkage. For others there is a lot. I believe you can run something to prevent too much shrinkage if that's important to you.

Agreed bro with ashwagandha and tongat Ali you can easily reach 5000ng/dl and put on about 20kgs of muscle in barely 3-4 months jfl at people injecting exogenous testosterone I am so thankful that I am going to live 5 extra more years than those unnaties
