Because cheekbones are much harder to recreate under the table, they are an anotomically complex bone.

Since he is super rich and blackpilled to get gonion implants, is there a reason why he wouldnt try getting it with the best surgeons there is, u can still get it out if it looks shit

His ipd looks quite normal to me, it's just he has a lot of facial width. Also, why will having a low ipd cause cheekbone implants to look bad?
