Why I'm not a big fan of having a pet

I'm not against it because they bite or anything like that

When I was 10-11 I had a cockatiel which is a parrot. It was tamed like very and it trusted the shit out of me. Everytime i entered the room out of anyone it would fly to me.

Probably because when we had first bought it i would spend time with it and hand-feed and stuff and would ask me to scritch him.

So it trusted me more then anyone

Really loved it

Then one day it got sick and died, i saw its dead body in a shoebox that my mother put in and that ruined me. The parrot who was very happy is now gone. Gone just like that. Ruined me at those times.

So thats why i dont rlly like buying animals, because u get attached to it and when they die it fucks you up whether its a parrot or dog or cat or whatever animal.

I don’t like pets because I don’t like responsibility. I don’t wanna have to dedicate time or effort into something else. It’s already hard to take care of myself. Also I already got a baseballl why would I need a cats severed blow torched skull
