benzos don't have good recreational value. i've only had diazepam though. they are good anxiolytics and the relief from anxiety can feel euphoric but outside of that they don't offer much

because they're for anxiety nigga. i think they can make depression worse. they also cause rebound anxiety ofc but anxiety should be reduced while you're on them

So what can I take then?

.5 mg isn’t enough to feel high. Honestly you’d probably notice the effects of .5 mg more in a social situation. At the end of the night you’d realize your memory is slightly fuzzy and you had less anxiety than normal. If you want to feel “high” take 2 mg. Even then don’t expect to be nodding out or anything lol you’ll just feel sloppy and kind of tired. And probably not remember much the next day
