I had lucky to use just when 15 (Growth of the face is almost completed) and to not have any extraction/elastics(because i was lazy). But most people dont, people are having their faces destroyed so a industry can move cash.

Craniofacial dystrophy is becoming as common as obesity in the US. Both these things are common, but certainly not normal. If only I mewed when I was a child, I’d have a much better life right now.

i always mewed, when i discovered mewing the first thing i did was see where my tongue was and the tip of the tongue was in the palate. I also find myself mewing when sleeping so i think it was natural for me before. Whats funny considering i thumb sucked until 7, and sometimes would mouth breath
