Lifting weights in a repetitive motion is pretty autistic and cringe. Just watch what people do at the gym and think what it all fundamentally comes down to and try not to cringe. Bunch of people making an effort to lift heavy objects while standing still or sitting down.

Reward yourself between sets with going on ur phone or someshit. Or just watch porn between sets to get hard as motivation.

I dont know if this will work for you but when i first started going i treated it a job that i had to just get out of the way and i wouldnt let myself skip a day. But i never even thought about the gains instead i just treated it as a hobby and ended up getting gains. Also going to failure is fun, try it.
 
I gave up after injuring myself and never picked it back up again

Shouldve just gotten a personal trainer and stuck to a better routine instead of doing the same shit constantly. Idk how I researched so much yet somehow still failed
 
Buy a homegym and do something between set so you dont get bored. I'm browsing here between set or I watch something and do a set whenever I feel like it

nah bro you need to obsess over the exact movements you do, the timing of when you drink your protein shakes (between 3-7 minutes post workout), pieces of chicken you eat a day, replacing electrolytes etc.

you need to do all this obsessively bro trust me, only way you will become 0.25cm bigger around the biceps compared to losers who don't bother with this stuff
