I have a class III malocclusion and I will not cope with some cheek filler or whatever, surgery is the only way and that’s for medical reasons as well as cosmetic ones.

what surgeries are you planning?

I have a few consultations coming up, I'm going to ask for bimax with CCW and asymmetry correction. I have a great chin but my jaw and recessed on one side and my face just isn't as harmonious it should be. Never had braces or extractions so there's some crowding, I take this as justification for palatal expansion but we'll see. My jaws are this complicated mess internally but they look fairly normal, my most immediate problem is my nose, I have a bulbous tip and collapsed valves so again both cosmetic and functional problems, also planning a rhinoplasty.
