There is nothing wrong with the things they eat its just that they are sacrificing taste for slightly more nutrients and some things that they say are retarded like water is bad salt is deadly or dark chocolate is bad and they think this cope diet is gonna ascend them why would you wait years for diet to ascend you and cope when you can use synthetic stuff designed to help with the results that you desire in like 1 month lol literally useless diet that costs a shit ton of money for average results and shitty taste and its funny because they tell you to avoid anything that tastes bad when they are eating raw testicles that tastes like my balls

I agree with you but its also about balance its ideal for 1/3 of your intake to be carbs 1/3 protein and 1/3 fats and also sources matter people shouldn't only care about macros they should care about from which food they are getting their macros from and wether that food also has a good micronutrient profile
