Why is he permanently banned on Pendejo?

Long story short, he wanted to come back here like an abused dog because he was bored on the quarantine, but he couldn't access his account, so he decided to create alts instead of trying to contact the mods (low IQ move ngl), after getting banned a few times he decided to finally message @Sergeant on Discord to try to recover his account, who refused to do so because he had insulted a staff member who banned one of his alts and "abused" his mod powers when he was a mod.
