Being an Island that's the opposite side of the world to any other white countries (with the exception of NZ) means they can just implement bullshit laws and the people have nowhere better to go. This is why they will have NZ implementing the same shit more or less.
In Europe it is too hard to implement laws in all the countries in sync so if one country goes to shit, the people who want to maintain freedom for as long as possible will go to another Euro country and help build there.
