Because India helped Bangladesh become independent in 1971 and the borders were agreed upon then and are still stable. Bangladesh’s borders were drawn for it to be homogenous whereas Pakistan is a bunch of different ethnic groups thrown together and has separatist movements. And both Pakistan and India have claimed Kashmir as theirs with never any resolution since the British left in the 1940s.
Also Bangladesh is surrounded by a calmer part of India whereas Pakistan being next to Afghanistan has meant them getting dragged into the wars there since the 1980s, Especially because they had an open border with Afghanistan up until very recently. The US State Department and the CIA have rigged elections in Pakistan and long used it as a proxy including getting rid of Imran Khan. But Bangladesh being a Russian ally doesn’t have that problem.
Basically Pakistan seems like by far the most difficult country on the planet to govern.
