How could it originate from Africa given that the migrants ( and this doesnt just apply to Nigerians) outperform other ethnic groups economically (and even european natives in select countries such as the UK ) in terms of educational performance

I’m referring to the issues within culture. It takes one look at black culture is the USA to realise there is a glaring issue.

I have met plenty of intelligent and high earning black people and at no point did I suggest black people are less capable of earning money.

I wasnt suggesting you said that
I was highlighting that a degenerate culture could not originate from one that values hard work and general ethics

I personally believe that Black American culture is degenerate due to at first CIA intervention but then later it was simply the fault of blacks in America, i strongly believe that music is one of the biggest contributors
A decline in religion could also be blamed as it has indirectly led to a single mother increase ( leading to dysfunctional children)
Compare Blacks in America in the 40s - 70s to blacks in America in the 80s -20s

I believe they are entirely cooked unless something drastic occurs, a total cultural reset due to something like mass migration to somewhere elsewhere or racial pressure from other groups
