why is BTS (k-pop) so popular?

Can someone help me understand the hype with BTS members? I saw one of their videos rank up to 114 million in just 2 weeks and I'm genuinely curious what the appeal is with these individuals. To me they look like bleached monkeys and don't get me started on their horrendous botched up wide noses, ptch black eyes and hair. Shit is wack I don't even get it.

Dancing is the most NT trait of all.

People love popstar who are the whole package (singing, dancing, fashion, and charisma) like Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars...

And these guys can pull some good moves and count with who knows how many expert hitmakers to complete the formula.
