Why is Cole Palmer a low LTN/high subhuman and sylvester stallone not?

Cole palmer maybe just have so many failos and no ideal ratio. Although im quite lazy now I dont see any tier5 ratio failo except pfl/pfh

Tbh i dont know what to rate these faces. Stallone is hard. Give him infraorbital with saddle and cantoplasty he becomes chadlite
