I'm eating 1500 calories a day also did 1300 some days ago and i dont feel hunger, i walk for 2-3 hours and with that im in 1000-1300 deficit and i only feel hunger for 1 hour in the day closer to dinner.

Chicken(or beef) and potatoes really make you feel fullest with the lowest amount of calories

Sitting at %16 only 3-4kg left for %12
 
my daily meal is a cookie, a ciggarette and a blueberry redbull, worst part im underweight

its because you are doing the right way
i'm turning 22 and i only realized this way, i was starvemaxxing etc before it was horrible now i dont even feel hungry and getting shredded fast. literally just eat baked potatoes and skinless chicken in oven and its done

Because it's really that easy if you're not overdoing it in calories. 1000-1500 calories is doable

its like i dont even know junk food because i have not ate something like that in the last 3 months so i dont crave much

Crazy, but good for you man, my stepmom is kind of like that but I don’t know how you’d get over hunger and shit

its mostly because im eating chicken and potatoes, the potatoes feels like you've eaten that amount in bread so it fills you big time(kinda like bloating) + protein from the chicken makes you very full
im talking about 300gr baked potato 250gr chicken for example, a lot of food but its only 700 calories or so, 2mad is great btw if you eat small meals you're not gonna feel full
