cutting the surface skin of the corner is obviously easy but actually explanding the medial canthus is hard, it doesnt matter how much i run the blade over it its not expanding, why

You can't literally expose more of the caruncle (pink part) of the eye, because cutting that deep would damage your lacrimal canal which is responsible for tear drainage.
But if you cut the first layer of skin enough, over time it will give the illusion of a more exposed medial canthus.

tbh i just started pulling the area around the canthus down and stuff a couple of times a day while the cut is still fresh and it helped
