Cuz that doesn't change anything but makes you look stupid on top of that. Usually it means that there is nothing to add to the convo and it should end here, or the other side doesn't really want to talk to you, either because she doesn't fw you or finds you too boring, maybe you rejected her and keep pushing for her attention when she doesn't want anything related to being casual with you.

Alot can be considered in various scenarios and doesn't necessary mean that they want to shoosh you away without being mean, but unless it's something important you are just dragging other person to talk to you when they don't feel like it, and it doesn't always mean being tired of you, but you should take a hint from there and not push yourself this hard, and it is not bad to send separate messages instead one, it is about bothering each hour to respond to you.
