All the nutions we need are in circulation with nature. Plants get the nutions from the ground, dead animals and other dead plants. Herbivore animals eat the plants and we eat those animals. A cow spends years eating grass that also spend most of his live collecting nutions. And we eat the cow.
It's basicly about STEALING NUTRITION more effectively than the organism you stole from spend collecting it.
Why the fuck would you waste your time collecting each one separately and then try to make it digestible for humans.
Animals are THE perfect diet, we adapted to eat as a race. Without animals we WOULDN'T EXIST to beginn with.

I love all you can eat restaurants but eating daily is a chore it's so boring I can easily eat sub 2k if I don't force myself to eat
