I think American quality of life is kinda better, bigger houses for less money, cheaper food, more diversity of people but Europe has better transport systems so you don't need to drive, which is defo a plus for me.

Europe is awesome! I traveled to Switzerland and Germany to visit my Uncle many times, went on a road trip from Freiburg, Germany to Rome, Italy. Not a single bad country in Western/Central Europe. The people are nice and the lifestyle was relaxing, and so was the food, although Germans are very serious and work oriented they had lots of fun things to do there. Spain is an affordable country to live in, my cousin moved to Barcelona a few months ago, not sure what you mean by this title.

European countries always top the lists when it comes to quality of life.

That's because they are safer + free healthcare and more social services, but if you have like a 2 parent working household with a decent income, I think you would be living pretty nice out there
