Well projected features make you automatically attractive (like if you don't have some crazy deformations ofc) no matter the bone placement (which is a different thing as far as I know).

And if someone is unattractive, it means that they have noticeable recessions (again excluding some crazy deformations).

So imo it's all about projection and development.

It takes 5 minutes of critical thinking to realize that maybe faces grew to be "recessed" over thousands and thousands of years due to adaptation in humans.
