Why is everyone able to get a job except for me?

Ive been steadily applying to jobs for a few years now i beleive, ive tried walking in and asking for jobs if tried online applications. I think ove applied to around 100 in the past couple months. Meanwhile kids younger than me will fill out an application and immediately get a job. Why is this

also you need to warm approach positions. its like dating market
