I think it's because there's not enough downtime for rest, at least without losing out on the little free time you have (especially true if you wage slave).

Ngl, ideally, if you feel sleepy, you just take a nap and feel rested for the rest of the day instead of relying on energy drinks... I quit energy drinks and caffeine to see for myself, so far it feels p good
