I am ADHD and probably have several other forms of mental illness so Id just call myself autistic because I clearly think and operate differently than most of the general public

In my case I wouldn’t say I was autistic if I wasn’t diagnosed. If you aren’t but suspect you do then go check, but you can’t be 100% sure if not diagnosed by professionals. People who suspect autism could also have schizotypal/schizoid personality disorder, autism overlaps a lot with certain personality disorders
